I had an incredible experience learning new practices, feeling overall peace and grounding throughout this entire weekend. The food from chef Harmony was absolutely amazing and nourishing, adding to the experience. I feel so blessed that I am able to be a part of this community of amazing women, and I absolutely cannot wait until next year!

This was my first time attending a sound bath and it was transformative. The frequencies and resonance that reverberated through the room created a deep sense of calming and peace. I left feeling like I got an amazing massage. The teacher was warm and comforting, which led me to feel comfortable enough to let go of myself and fully immerse in the experience. I recently had the pleasure of attending a sound bath meditation with Rishi Yoga in Kamiah and it was nothing short of divine. The entire experience was beautiful and restorative. From the moment you walk into the studio, you are warmly greeted by Christina as well as the calming feeling brought on by the entire studio. The floor was set up in a beautiful circle around her station and insturments. The display of crystals and candles brings home a feeling of calmness and peace. It was intensly relaxing and allows the mind to reset from the chaos of life. Everyones personal experience was different and memorable. I will continue to attend and highly recommend that you experience it at least once in your life. You will not regret allowing yourself this beautiful 90 minutes of self through the power of sound. Thank you for providing this wonderful opportunity to the community.
