Hi Diane.  Michael has guided for us for several years and is knowledgeable, as you stated, about the history of Route 66.  He has received great reviews from other guests.  The feedback I received from him on Tuesday was that he had the group laughing and that you were all very talkative.  I will definitely ask him again  tomorrow about how the tour was handled given your comments.  

We do offer a tour to Los Alamos although it is not on our website.  Let me know if you're ever back in Santa Fe and I would be glad to have Georges, my husband and co-owner of the business, take you on that tour on a complimentary basis.  Enjoy the rest of your stay in Santa Fe.

Sue, wish there had been more set dialogue,   Michael was very pleasant and knowledgeable, but it was more our asking questions and him answering them.

Thought we would have a much better understanding with lots of information that he would be instructed by you, as the owner, to speak to us about.  It was much more, just driving out to the spot with the Route 66 sign and the petroglyphs.

Should have gone  to Los Alamos instead.  You should offer that on your website.  Only 30 minutes away.  DIANE

Less traveledthan the Aspen Vista trail, enjoy quiet time amongst the aspens, ethereal trees that reproducethrough their root system.The Alamos Vista hike leads you, after a short steep climb, to an open field called Carl’sMeadow. Take a brief respite before continuing to the summit for expansive views of thesurrounding mountains and beyond. We do rate this excursion moderately challenging as youwill ascend over 1,000 feet in a little over one mile. The aspens and the views, however, makethis experience truly special.In the fall, hike this mountain trail with the aspens in their glorious fall colors.
