As a movement and meditation teacher, retreat host, women's group leader, and mother, Shari sees our personal and collective journey as an unfolding myth and believes in protecting the sacred from the noise of everyday life. With 20 years of experience teaching mindfulness, yoga, holistic psychology and somatic care, Shari is constantly rekindling her own practice. In her newest projects at Wildflowers, she is dedicating restful time to filling the well—so together we can nourish our spiritual identity, wisdom and connection.
