This retreat was incredible. Great attention to detail in the planning was obvious in every excursion, class, accommodation. Not Just that things ran smoothly but that the events, locations, classes, experiences were so intentional and thoughtful. I took this trip in an attempt to make some time for myself, have space to think, and enjoy a wonderful adventure. I certainly accomplished all that and more, and had so much confidence in those who planned and accomplished the trip. The food was amazing. Delicious but also colorful, nourishing, satisfying. Breathe taking views, safe environment, comfortable amenities, helpful kind staff, enriching classes and practices. I was so filled in every way.

This was such an incredible experience from start to finish. Shayla and Melanie did a great job with planning. We had ample time to both explore the area and get some much needed rest/relaxation. The resort was absolutely beautiful and all of the staff was very accommodating.

The trip was well organized. The food was so delicious and it felt so good to be taken care of for a whole week. The culture and the surroundings were so beautiful to encounter. Shayla was available for questions and made sure everyone’s needs were met. The yoga classes, the SUP with the view of the mountains were being my wildest dreams. I felt safe at all times, and made so many new friends! I can’t wait to go back in 2024!!!!
