Such a memorable trip! We went on a difficult hike that was worth it at the end because of the beautiful view of Vancouver islands. The highlight for me was Sunday when we went on a boat ride and it was a beautiful sunny day. I enjoyed trying amazing Uzbek cuisine and the delicious Iranian cuisine.

I had a great experience on this trip. It was very well managed from start to finish, with excellent organization and clear communication throughout. The itinerary was well planned, transportation was smooth, and everything ran on schedule. The tour was enjoyable, stress-free, and professionally coordinated. I appreciated the attention to detail and the efforts made to ensure everyone had a positive experience. I would happily recommend this trip to others and would travel with this Alexa again.

I honestly didn’t enjoy the trip. Since we were placed in the second group, we didn’t even get the full one hour of horse riding that was advertised. The food was disappointing, and the drinks were served warm instead of cold. When we arrived, there wasn’t enough seating available for us. I was also concerned that there was no medical assistance available on site. The farm staff, however, were kind, patient, and welcoming, and the archery activity was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the toilets were extremely dirty, which was unacceptable. In addition, the driver made several mistakes while driving, which made the journey uncomfortable. To top it off, we returned an hour earlier than scheduled, further reducing the time we had to enjoy the activities. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I was quite disappointed.

Salam Wissal. Thank you for your honest feedback, and I'm sorry that the event did not meet expectations. We do our best to serve food for our picnics fresh and present it in a beautiful way, we serve well balanced charcuterie boards, seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables, hot and cold drinks, always accommodate everyones allergies and intolerances, and and so far had never disappoint anyone before. I would really like to hear more what exactly was disappointing. Regarding warm drinks, we bring coolers with us and store water and drinks in them during the whole trip, however summers are rough sometimes, we cant control weather unfortunately and due to limited capacities at farms we don't have fridge to storage it. So sometimes it may become warm. Regarding medical assistance the farm stuff has everything that is needed to provide first aid until further assistance. They are located very close to the city so if needed (but hopefully not) professional medical help can be provided in minutes. Out houses are very common version of toilets in all local farms, unfortunately we cant change this. When you are visiting a farm you should expect this kind of things as they are very typical to the area we live in. I hear your frustration and I'm totally with on this, unfortunately there is not much we can do about it. Trail rides are done equally with the exact same amount of time even though it might feel shorter when you are the one riding. Apart from our groups, there are other riders who are booked one after each other, and trail guides are doing their best to follow the time guidelines, however it may slightly very because of the logistics dealing with horses. Sometimes participants don't listen to the instructions of trail guides and do pictures during the way, phones fall off and it takes extra time to pick them up. I did reach out to the trip leader of your retreat and clarified about mistakes in driving you mentioned, and was glad to be reassured that there was nothing threatening the safety of the passengers. However indeed she faced some difficulties dropping you off, because it was not at the initial drop off spot but inside the parking lot of the mall, and she wasn't familiar with height regulations of the mall entrance so the bus wouldn't go through the gate, which is why she had to go back. Anna is an extremely careful and responsible driver and she did everything to regulate the situation on spot. I'm glad you enjoyed the archery practice and Im always open to discuss it further. Please if you have any questions reach out to me and I will gladly discuss it with you!

I had such a wonderful experience with Invisible Guide’s horseback riding trip! From the moment we were picked up by the mini bus, everything was well organized and welcoming. One thing that really stood out was how thoughtfully the horses were matched to each rider. The calmest horses were paired with the most nervous riders, which made such a difference. I started the day feeling a little anxious, but within minutes of riding, that nervousness melted away and was replaced with happiness, calm, and a real sense of peace. It was honestly therapeutic. By the end of the experience, I had developed so much love and appreciation for horses. The archery session was another highlight! It was so much fun, surprisingly easy to pick up, and I was thrilled to actually hit my targets. The picnic was absolutely lovely. The warm black tea with fresh mint was perfect, and the charcuterie board was delicious—especially the ginger and mango cheese, which was such a unique treat. Most of all, I loved sharing this experience with my friends. There was such a beautiful sense of sisterhood, laughter, encouragement, and connection throughout the day. We made wonderful memories together, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to include a slightly longer beginner introduction before heading out on the trail. As first-time riders, I expected a bit more guidance on the basics of riding and communicating with the horse before we started. Even so, the guides were supportive, and the experience felt safe and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking for a beginner-friendly, relaxing, and memorable outdoor adventure. Thank you to the Alexa, Anna, and Natalie for such a special day!
