It was fabulous! Loved the classes, the food, the accommodations; all of it! Would highly recommend this trip!

This trip ranks up there among my favorites. Every last detail was planned and executed so well. It felt like no expenses were spared to make us comfortable and delighted. The Chateau Puissentut, with owners DK and Angie was rustic and well maintained. The trips to the little towns with their markets and churches was time well spent. The cooking classes with Louisa Hallewell were amazing. I will run out of superlatives to descibe the food experiences, so suffice it to say it was the best. Shelley and her assistant, Kate, worked hard to make this trip memorable. Thank you.

Great trip. Start to finish.

It was a fantastic trip! I loved the outings to Epernay (and the champagne tasting on the top of a vineyard) the visit to Versailles and the walk through the gardens. The cooking classes were all so much fun. Our guide Gary was so informative and really added to the trip by having us meet local experts in bistros, beaujolais wines, gin and a women’s group among others. Meeting locals made the trip extraordinary.
