Todo el viaje fue excelente, muy bien organizado, los Toures fueron excelentes y siempre puntuales.

Yo me quedo con la amabilidad y buena predisposición de choferes y guías en los destinos ( Bogotá, Salento)excepto la decepción de Cocotours en Santa Marta. Con respecto a la empresa noté desde el primer momento desorganización ( recepción, transportes inadecuados). Y el vuelo low cost donde TODAS PAGAMOS UNA SUMA CONSIDERABLE POR EXCESO DE EQUIPAJE. Est lo tendría que haber chequeado la empresa para evitar disgustos. Estamos esperando resarcimiento por esto pero nunca llegó. Y tener que estar solicitando los check In todo el tiempo. Todos los días solicitando el itinerario del día siguiente para saber a qué hora estar listos para las excursiones o vuelos. Natalia en Cartagena fue la excepción, ella muy organizada, el resto mal

Muy buena la experiencia, recomendados 100%, las reservas que se visitan inmejorables, nos quedamos con las ganas de volver al amazonas.

We had high expectations but Buru exceeded all expectations! First of all the design, aesthetics and arts are best in class. The location is superb with a lot of help from the hotel to move around. The tree house is even more beautiful than the pictures with high quality materials. The staff is so friendly and it was great to have all our breakfasts and diners there. But the best part of Buru is it’s kitchen: the chef, menu, and local ingredients. It felt very luxurious and it has been the best food of our entire holiday

I was in Burù for two nights and there days. The place is beatiful absolutely. The room on the tree is on another planet. Astonishing. They organized for me the excursions, with a hike in the jungle, a native-guided activity, a full day in the astonishing Marasha natural reserve (believe me go in Marasha) and a night hike in the jungle. Food was perfect and particularly was very various. Pool also was nice and the Wi-Fi actually was there. If you Want a 5 star experience in The Colombian Amazon believe me: go to Burù
