Our hosts from Spotted Dog made our retreat effortless from a planning perspective and filled our days with adventures. The accommodations and especially the food were wonderful.

This trip was a magical experience. I say this with all sincerity. Nick and Katie planned and organized everything. I didn’t have to look at my phone to coordinate anything. I showed up at the bus, and everything was planned. However the magic of Costa Rica and the Bodhi resort was revealed not only in the activities but in the Spotted dog community. I felt connected with everyone immediately after meeting them. There is definitely a vibe that is felt in this community and nothing other than magical can explain how it feels. I have signed up for Panama and I am looking forward to another amazing experience.

We had an excellent Costa Rica yoga retreat with Spotted Dog Yoga and SUP. I enjoyed the yoga sessions, the resort, and the curated excursions that helped me meet and bond with fellow travelers form the yoga studio and beyond.

I had a great time on this trip. It’s my first trip out of the country in about 15 years. And it’s my first trip to Central America. Of course the location was amazing. Lots to see and do. The retreat center we stayed at was fantastic from the food to the staff to the YOGA that we did both with our hosts Katie and Nick, as well as some of the classes they had available. The planned activities gave us a glimpse into both the local culture and nature that Costa Rica has to offer. Nosara is a wonderful place and the people are kind and humble.
