The trip was just as described! Every venue, experience, lodging, and transport was well organized, interesting, fun, and beyond my expectations. And the other participants were a delight. All around a great trip!

I loved many of the outings….olive oil & goat farm, truffle experience, oyster/muscle farm. The guides in Ljubljana, Split and Dubrovnik were excellent! The cooking class was a lot of fun. The people on our tour were all wonderful and fun. Also, was very grateful for being able to see the castle and especially the cave in Slovenia before the actual tour began. The scenery was outstanding heading towards the Peljesac Peninsula. Enjoyed wine tasting but was not impressed with the wine, just OK. Made me think of NJ wineries. Also, the food was decent but, not exceptional. There was too much time riding in the bus. I would have liked spending more time in the Dubrovnik area.

We enjoyed the small group setting. The Croatian coast was beautiful. With the exception of the Hotel Cvita in Split, the accommodations were excellent. The wine and food activities were all great quality. The bus was in excellent condition and our driver was very safe. Our local city guides were excellent. There were some missed opportunities to share more information about Croatia when we had long travel days, but that could be easily addressed.

This trip was wonderfully organized and offered a host of unique opportunities to see great architecture, learn about the history of the areas we visited, and enjoy great food and wine and companionship. The hosts were very organized and communicated efficiently and promptly with our group. The only thing I would change would be to offer a different way to meet everyone instead of in a busy restaurant; a quieter and more private venue for our introductions might have been a little easier. Other than that, perfect trip! Thank you so much!
