I loved the way Brian explained the connection of body soul and spirit as well as Arun. They are so real and taught from the heart. Beautiful time. It so worth the price (which was very affordable, considering the content and quality of content) as well as the time. Loved it and looking forward to more like that.

We enjoyed the reset seminar so much. So rich, we have to go back and listen again and again. Time so well spent! Thanks

This retreat couldn’t have been better. The villa was spectacular! We were fed the most amazing food, prepared with only good oils. We learned about caring for our bodies with breathing and exercise. And we dove into wonderful spiritual truths. We had plenty of free time which I chose to use laying in the sun, reading. It was heavenly!

The accommodations were beautiful and clean and well kept. The food was beyond description, delicious and unique.Every meal could not be duplicated like it was from a professional chef. The pool, the accommodations, the closeness to the beach. I can't say enough about this wonderful stay I had.

Transformative! That is how I’d describe my experience on this retreat. The info shared and modeled shifted my perspective, my habits of thinking, and my practices. I valued the ‘together’ time AND I appreciated my alone time. The latter gave opportunity for God to converge so many pieces of the retreat to clarify my personal journey. Thank you for holding space for my transformative experience.
