Mercedes was incredibly helpful in addressing a few hiccups that were beyond her control. Patagonia is very beautiful and we had a great time in Buenos Aires. The architecture and history are so interesting and the people are very kind. The only frustration was on Jetsmart. Check the air times frequently because they make changes often and when checking in they don’t show that you’ve paid for baggage so be sure to know if you’ve prepaid so as to not double pay. We traveled from Canada and found that the logistics of the tours and transfers arranged were done perfectly with frequent and timely notice before transfers. We definitely felt that we saw the highlights of the north eastern provinces. The extra events offered were very enjoyable and worth participating in.
