Holistic practitioners, health coaches, doulas, and other reproductive health workers are encouraged join, but you do not have to have any formal training in the space to participate. You will be a certified Menstrual Educator upon completion of this retreat. Nestled within the heart of nature's embrace, this unique retreat offers a profound opportunity to deepen your understanding of menstrual well-being and cultivate the skills to guide others on their paths to self-discovery and self-care by mastering their menstrual cycles. Total travel requirement will be for 9 days 9/7-9/15.&nbsp; Guests will fly into San Jose Airport (SJO) the day on 9/7. If you arrive by 7pm, please feel free to join us for a little welcome dinner! We offer special discounted packages with our partner hotels in Alajuela and under $100/night. This is also our pickup and drop off location.&nbsp;FYI: SJO is the name of the Airport, but you are actually landing in Alajuela! Our transportation to the jungles of Puerto Viejo will depart on 9/8 at 8:30am ET sharp and it is a 4-5 hour drive. We expect to return to SJO on 9/14 before 2pm and we will carry those of you staying an extra night to our partner hotel. We recommend booking flights after this time.&nbsp;Most will be departing on the morning of 9/15. The actual retreat training is 7 days, 7 nights 9/8-9/14.
