I cancelled the day prior and they still showed. Then they refused a refund because they said I was a no show even though I cancelled. Absolute shit.

.From the convenience of booking via WhatsApp to the end of the trip, everything was excellent. Communication throughout our journey from El Calafate to Puerto Natales was seamless and incredibly easy.
Our drivers — Damian on the Argentinian side and Bastion on the Chilean side — were first class. Their English was excellent, and we are very grateful for all the information and insights they shared with us throughout the trip. Along with the guides in Patagonia, they helped us learn so much about the region, its wildlife, landscapes and culture.
Thank you to the whole team for an amazing and memorable trip. We would highly recommend Wildlife Tours.

We had great time. The day trip was amazing with beautiful and breathtaking scenary. The guides were awesome, both were cheerful, attentive and knowledgeable and not forgetting the driver who drive us safely to and back to our lodging.
