I had a great time! Thanks for the fantastic staff at Rocabella, Mysore and insightful workshops of Laruga and David, techniques in practice and for bringing beauty of Ashtanga. I loved the boat trip, the amazing lunch at the farm, the good company of the whole group, and of course Eranthi and Anna!! To repeat 💛🌞

I came back to Greece after my first retreat last year in Koufonisia with Fykiada, and it was even a better experience! Eranthi and Anna are truly amazing and make a great team, and their passion for what they do and for the Greek islands is really transmitted to all participants ​❤️ A big thank you to Laruga Glaser and David Fredriksson who taught us about ashtanga mysore with passion and dedication :) Last but not least, Rocabella Resort was also amazing and keen on making our holiday super enjoyable! I will surely be back :)

Fully enjoyed the retreat! Elegant and cozy hotel in a beautiful location, wonderful hosts, delicious food. Could not have wished for more!
