*Rachel Bunting will lead a Kundalini class and an Awareness Through Movement class. Rachel will also be offering Reiki treatments during the retreat.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes balance within the whole system: body, mind and soul. Reiki is Universal Energy that flows through the practitioners' hands and into the recipient to heal in whatever way is best for their highest good at that point in time. The treatment is done on a table, and the recipient is fully clothed. Outcomes are different for each person, from subtle to profound. Most agree it promotes deep relaxation, improved sleep and a lifting of emotional weight.
Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes use slow, mindful movements to achieve powerful effects in terms of strength, flexibility, and holistic integration of body and mind. The teacher guides students through a sequence of movements, encouraging them to move with gentle attention within a comfortable range. The student may become aware of unexpected and interesting connections within and between the movements. As they attend to the improving quality of movement, unnecessary muscular tensions throughout the body can reorganize and release.
For over a decade, Rachel Bunting (Raj Nidhan Kaur) has been immersed in the life of a performer, choreographer and teacher. She is thrilled to also be a Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation continues to transform her life, shining light onto paths of gratitude, abundance and courage.
Cancellations prior to June 15th will be honored at 50%. After June 15th, no refunds will be made. Reimbursement is possible if you find another participant to take your place in the retreat.
