Nestled in the lush, tropical mountains of Ubud, where waterfalls meet sacred temples, this immersive retreat is an invitation to return to your essence-- the rhythm of your breath, your body, and your soul.
Each day, two transformative movement sessions guide you deeper into your natural flow. Mornings begin with soul-nourishing yin yoga that closes with a light groovy dance session, awakening your senses for the day ahead. Evenings pulse with dynamic dance rooted in West African influences and social dance methods, reconnecting you to universal rhythms that live within. We’ll wrap up each dance-focused session with restorative and yin yoga to stretch and cooldown the body.
More than a retreat, this is a homecoming—a journey back to yourself through movement and rhythm. You’ll nourish yourself with vibrant, wholesome cuisine and the serenity of Bali’s sacred landscape, offering you a reset that lingers long after you return home.
Surrender to the rhythm. Surrender to yourself. Bali is calling.
YOGA: Tine will focus on Yin and Restorative yoga practices, thoughtfully chosen to support and nourish the female body, gently guiding her back to her natural rhythm. She will incorporate breath work and mindfulness practices to each session, offering a soft landing space to unwind, release, and reconnect. In stillness as in movement, you're invited to return to your rhythm. No previous experience required, all levels are welcome and modifications will be provided as needed.
DANCE: Abagail shares her 25+ years of dance experience, ranging in influence but concentrated in West African and club dance genres. From Djembe dance to Sabar, Afrohouse to Afro Fusion, Abagail has world class experience to share! She incorporates social and club dance vibes to support community building and personal creativity, while sharing about the background, history, and cultural information about the styles of which she is immersed.
