Troy and Renee are excellent trip hosts...they planned excellent restaurants, well thought-out schedules and most of all, they care about their guests and go the extra mile to ensure a fun and rewarding experience. Cambia Tours is the best.

We finally made it to Mexico City (after years of thinking about it), and we are grateful that Troy and Rene brought us there! It is an extraordinary metropolis with so much great art, lovely people, and yummy food. This tour was an ideal way for us to take our first taste--we saw all of the most interesting neighborhoods, and the most interesting sites within them. Really enjoyed our traveling companions, too. Much gratitude to Camiba for making this happen.

We had a great time. As usual Troy and Renee arranged everything wonderfully - letting us to just enjoy. I would say some of the highlights were the Freda Kahlo Red House (with a fantastic guide), Ballet Folklorico (even though I am not a dance fan but just to see their talent and to be in that gorgeous hall made me enjoy) Chaputepec park and Castle and many great dinners - Matisse, Ling Ling with the gorgeous view, Taverna, Salazar (with a great view of the Angel), Los Anzantes (with Duck enchilada mole), Casa Portuguesa, Temporal and Azilisimo. The rest of guests were delightful and the chance to be up on the roof garden for a couple parties was great.

If you are a first time traveler or a road warrior, Camiba Tours should be your go-to for adventure. All the “maddening” details are handled for you, and the activities/excursions are personally vetted by “team Camiba”, so you know your time is well spent doing the most exciting and valuable activities. There are opportunities for you to customize and take off on your own, and they always have recommendations if that’s your style. I’ve traveled with them often, and always look forward to the next adventure.

Love our travel planners, Troy and Rene. They are gracious, but also efficient and pay attention to details. You feel they are totally focused on you…. While knowing that they provide attention to all the travelers. This was a thoroughly planned highlights tour, and thought it was the best of the capital city.
