A relaxing, well-organised yoga retreat. Ischia is a beautiful island and our friendly family-run hotel was located in a beautiful spot with spectacular views. Amanda choreographed the whole week with professionalism and care, including transfers, restaurants and optional excursions. Amanda took us on a yoga journey through the week including morning yoga sessions in the garden and yin yoga in the afternoon. The yoga nidra sessions were amazing.

This retreat has been amazing. Total reset of body and mind. Held in beautiful surroundings with great companions….. excursions to breathtaking islands. This is not just a yoga retreat ….
