Learn about the local ingredients &amp; stories around the place.&nbsp;You will also enjoy a local beer from one of the Yucatecan draft factories or if you prefer, you can enjoy a traditional “agua fresca”.&nbsp; 6:30 pm – Stroll along the iconic Paseo de Montejo, Mérida’s most elegant avenue inspired by the Champs-Élysées. Admire grand colonial mansions, historic monuments, and city life as you make your way to Heladería El Colón, a local favorite since 1907, for a scoop of traditional sorbet or ice cream made from local fruits such as mamey, guanábana, or zapote. 7:00 pm– Hop on the Va y Ven, Mérida’s new modern public transportation system featuring clean, air-conditioned buses with accessible features and real-time tracking.
