If you are a Coronation Street fan this is the company for you! Really felt like a VIP when we visited the sites. Loved walking the cobbles and meeting so many great cast members. The guide on the Corrie visit was incredibly knowledgeable and shared many details including the origin story!

Another successful tour (my second)! Kim and Neville always put on a wonderful experience...not just a tour. With all the backstage "inside" access we receive at the Coronation St. ITV studio to the wonderful add on cities and excursions, this is a first class tour. As last time, we got to meet several of the actors and this time even got to see the taping of a scene right on the Cobbles! As well, they added an Emmerdale outside sets tour (complete with surprise appearance by one of the actors!) and castles/locations related to the Outlander series in Scotland. I knew we couldn't miss with Scotland and it delivered! Also tours of Glasgow, Edinburgh and St. Andrews to boot. Great accommodations in the heart of each city we stay in and the Manchester hotel is one block from the train station. Kim, the tour company owner, and Neville, the tour manager, never disappoint. They take pride and great care to deliver a first rate experience and always working in the background to iron out any wrinkles...so that we never see it. They do so with wonderful humour and I am grateful to call them friends. I highly recommend Coronation Travel. If you are a Corrie fan...just do it! You won't regret it...it is an unbelievable experience for the fans and so much more!

Is it possible to give this trip more than the max 5 stars? I would! It was more than a trip, it was a thoroughly engaging experience that involved the best elements of what makes life exciting, fun, interesting and worthwhile. Corrie and Emmerdale private set tours were amazing, where behind-the-scenes info was shared with enthusiasm, and in the case of Corrie, seeing the inside working sets AND watching a scene being filmed: it felt like the ultimate privilege and dream that came true! Why this is an extraordinary tour? The people! Tour host/manager Neville brought heart, humour and an impressive array of stories and facts to everywhere we went; he entertains while taking care of our entire group with such genuine care. Owner/operator Kim is on top of everything with an eye for details, helpful and friendly reminders, explanations and check-ins, that enable you to feel assured that you are in the best hands. Planning and implementation to make things feel seamless, is a remarkable feat, and this is what Kim has done, allowing all of us to simply enjoy! Her degree of thoughtfulness is exceptional. Those of us with food allergies or health issues were well taken care of, so all went smoothly. Coach owner/driver Rob safely, affably and very competently provided transportation and consideration for all. Scottish tour guide Alan brought laughs and stories that made history as lively as the present, adding value to each of the breathtaking castles and sites we explored. Corrie expert Mark was delightful to listen to, as he elaborated with inside knowledge of Corrie history and lore, with amusing anecdotes. For the 3 hotels we stayed at, it was nice that breakfast was included. The Manchester and Leeds hotels I liked best overall. As a solo traveler, I felt wholeheartedly welcomed by the other attendees and everyone I came in contact with. A really fantastic group I felt lucky to meet and befriend! If Coronation Travel had a theme, kindness would be it. Kim and Neville set the tone, and it’s one of the most joyful experiences I’ve had. I hope and can’t wait for future possibilities/tours! Wonderful trip from start to finish with Kim @ Coronation Travel! This is our second trip and we plan to do the next one too:) The combination of Corrie/ Emmerdale( I’m now a new fan) and Outlander was fabulous!
