What an incredible experience! I absolutely loved this trip and getting to explore all five Stans. Every country was so unique, and the itinerary was thoughtfully put together with so many amazing places and experiences along the way. But what really made this trip special was the people. I’ve been on quite a few group trips, and I can honestly say this was one of the best groups of women I’ve ever traveled with! Alyssa has created such a wonderful community of like minded, adventurous women, and that made the experience even more memorable. Alyssa herself was an amazing host! I’ve been on group trips where the host isn’t hosting, and this was the complete opposite. She made a genuine effort to spend time with everyone, bring the group together, and make each person feel included. As someone joining one of her trips for the first time, I felt welcomed from the very beginning. I came away with incredible memories, new friendships, and so much appreciation for this part of the world. I would absolutely travel with Alyssa again and highly recommend her trips to anyone looking for an amazing adventure with an equally amazing group of people!

From the moment I landed in Central Asia until the time I flew out, it was full of nonstop adventures- one for the books! The Five Stans might be one of the best trips Alyssa has put together! It's fast paced and there's not a lot of downtime, but wow, it's worth it. We saw SO many different landscapes, experienced different cultures and met so many great local guides. This trip has a bit of everything: horseback riding through the mountains of Kyrgyzstan, exploring the canyons and lakes of Kazakhstan, the beautiful blue tiles all through Uzbekistan, Magic City in Tashkent(!!), Mario Kart's Rainbow Road in Almaty, and don't get me started on the minivan race cars we experienced through the Turkmenistan desert. Every day of this trip was a new adventure and I can't recommend it enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Traveling through all five Central Asian “Stans” in less than two weeks is no small undertaking, and Alyssa did an incredible job coordinating such a logistically complex itinerary! Between international and domestic flights, trains, border crossings, accommodations, and local guides, the amount of planning and flexibility required to pull this off was truly impressive. The itinerary offered a wonderful introduction to each country, from the stunning mountains and lakes of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan to the Silk Road architecture of Uzbekistan and the unique landscapes and culture of Turkmenistan. A special shoutout to Jacenta, Travel Tribe’s assistant, who was absolutely phenomenal! She provided seemingly 24/7 support, seamlessly coordinating with hotels, tour operators, restaurants, and other vendors while remaining incredibly responsive to our group. Her attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, and willingness to troubleshoot issues made a tremendous difference. She was an invaluable resource to both Alyssa and the travelers, and her behind-the-scenes efforts deserve special recognition! One thing I’d emphasize to future travelers is that this trip is extremely fast-paced! Expect early mornings, long travel days, frequent hotel changes, and limited downtime. It’s definitely more of an adventure than a relaxing vacation! That said, given the distances and logistical challenges involved, I’m honestly not sure there’s much I would have changed. Alyssa and Jacenta did a fantastic job adapting to unexpected challenges while ensuring we experienced as much as possible. Overall, this was an unforgettable introduction to Central Asia, and I’d highly recommend it to adventurous travelers who are prepared to embrace the pace and occasional unpredictability of traveling through this fascinating region. Huge thanks to Alyssa and Jacenta for making it all possible!

Awesome trip but very fast paced. Alyssa is an awesome fun person to be around and she handled the crazy logistics very well. I couldn’t have planned this trip on my own. We did an insane amount in a 12 day time span! Would def recommend traveling with her on a group trip. I made incredible memories and met 16 amazing human beings who will be in my life for the long haul.
