I just returned from an incredible weekend retreat, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed into a peaceful destination designed for relaxation, self-discovery, and healing.
The daily yoga sessions were beautifully guided, and infused with mindfulness. Each class helped me deepen my practice, release tension, and reconnect with my body and breath. The instructor was not only knowledgeable but also created a nurturing space
The highlight for me was the sound bowl healing sessions. The soothing vibrations of the bowls resonated deeply, melting away stress and allowing me to enter a meditative state unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It was a truly transformative and rejuvenating experience.
