From his childhood in his family’s bakery in Alsace, France, to some of the world’s most respected pastry kitchens, Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer has built an extraordinary career rooted in craftsmanship, mentorship, and a lifelong passion for French pastry. His newest book, The Art of French Tarts, will be released in November 2026.
