Live-long friends and experienced yoga teachers, Shelley and Eduardo, have designed a yoga retreat inspired by the exotic tropical island setting of the Pearl Island Archipelago coupled with Yoga’s Mahabhutas (the great elements).
You’ll fly into Panama City and spend one night in the historic Casco Viejo (the old city), with your first dinner on a fun, vibrat rooftop. The next morning, you’ll board a convenient ferry that will take you to 4Elements in Contadora Island, an eco-luxe resort property with exquisite design and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Unspoiled beauty and yoga, what else can you ask for?
Contadora is an island paradise in the archipelago known as Las Islas de las Perlas, or the Pearl Islands. This group of 200 or more islands and islets -- many tiny and uninhabited-- lying about 30 miles off the Pacific Coast of Panama.
Refunds and Vouchers and COVID Policies
All deposits and trips are non-refundable. We will offer partial future travel vouchers for cancelations made 90 days or longer before travel, but can not offer refunds. In some case, only partial vouchers may be available, depending on the policy of the resort. All cancelations made with 90 days of travel are non-refundable.

- Final Night In PanamaBecause the ferry schedule can be challenging, you may need to stay in Panama City one extra night to catch a flight. If this is the case, you are responsible for your room. We suggest Air BnB!
Itinerary
Four Elements Contadora. Four Elements is a boutique property in Contadora. There are four villas, each with two floors, featuring one bedroom and one bath per floor.
The villas surround a beautiful pool with ample lounge chairs, water feature, and plenty of sunshine. There are meditation spots abound, a jacuzzi overlooking the Pacific Ocean, lounge decks with lots of shade, and a private beach with a small Ranchito.

Air Downstairs Double: A king size bed with en suite bath and porch.
Air Upstairs Double: A king size bed and daybed, en suite bath with balcony. can be a double or a triple.
Earth Downstairs Double: A king size bed with en suite bath and porch.
Earth Upstairs Double: A king size bed and daybed, en suite bath with balcony. can be a double or a triple.
Water Downstairs Double: A king size bed with en suite bath, kitchen, and porch.
Water Upstairs Double: A king size bed and daybed, en suite bath with balcony. This unit also has a loft bed.
The Fire cabin is the staff cabin and offers a kitchen and lounge area for all participants, where you will find coffee, tea, and snacks.
