Stacy and Marc are the best hosts you could hope for. Kind, attentive, overwhelmingly generous, and made us feel so supported like we were family. The property is stunning, your own little jungle paradise filled with wildlife just minutes from the beach. Stacy's yoga teacher training is also second to none. Her wisdom, experience and dedication to her practice and her students is evident in every word and action she takes. You can tell how much energy and effort she has given to the course, which is incredibly informative, engaging and empowering. You will leave feeling more fulfilled than you could ever anticipate. You could not find a better experience if you tried.

It was a wonderful time. Great all natural homemade food. The side trips were fantastic! Saw so many different animals and experiences. I've been having balance issues and Stacy gave me great advice and practical ways to help ME! Other guests were very nice and friendly. I would recommend this retreat to anyone and I would like to return!!

The grounds of the retreat are lush with tropical flora, rooms very comfortable, food is creative and vegetarian, Stacey is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic yoga instructor, the area of Cahuita feels friendly and safe. Stacey and Marc provide a restful space to re-energize and unwind. This was my second trip and I would definitely recommend Casa Firefly to anyone that was interested in a week of wellness in an environment teaming with the local flora and fauna (sloths, toucans, exotic birds, agouti, dart frogs and more). I felt more fit, peaceful and overall healthier than before I arrived.
